GIANT LEAPS stands for Gap resolutIon in sAfety, NuTritional, alLergenicity and Environmental assessments to promote Alternative Protein utilization and the dietary Shift. It is a four-year Horizon Farm-to-Fork project which aims to accelerate the transition from animal-based to alternative dietary proteins.
